INSTRUCTIONS
- Purchase kit from SRx Health Solutions. Expect delivery within 2-4 business days. Only kits purchased from SRx are valid for SRx’s virtual, nurse guided appointment and the receipt of a result report.
- Track delivery date so that you can book your virtual self-swab appointment with our nurse in line with the arrival of your kit
- Book your online appointment via the BOOK NOW button at the bottom of this page
- Upon finalizing your virtual appointment, you will receive an email recapping your appointment date and time. This email will include a link to virtually connect with our nurse
- On the day of your appointment, access the virtual appointment link that was emailed to you
- At the start of your appointment, the nurse will request you to present the following items via webcam: a piece of valid government photo ID and a print out of your purchase order OR the purchase order on your phone
- The nurse will guide you on how to self-test and observe the result
- You will then be emailed a result report to use as needed (travel, work, etc). We encourage you to print the result report as well as have it on your electronic device
