I would highly recommend SRx services to my family and friends. My favourite thing
about SRx is that whatever patient care needs to be done, it is completed according to
the process plan. Compared to the other companies that I’ve used in the past, their
pharmacists are very knowledgeable and capable. They provide efficient, effective and
timely service without having to checkup on whether the patient care has been
completed or not. At the moment, I cannot think of anything that requires improvement.

“SRx Pharmacy provided a seamless great experience for my recent Zoledronic Acid infusion. After the prescription was faxed, SRx took care of the rest (submitting insurance request to ABC), providing instructions pre (and post)injection. The clinic room had very comfortable reclining chairs, blankets, choice of drinks & snack food. My husband was allowed to wait with me.
By the time I was finished, there were 4 other patients but I started out on my own. The staff worked well together & were very pleasant and friendly. One nurse had trouble inserting the needle into my tiny shallow vein but the other nurse stepped in. I was given an email address for questions about the side effects. Superb service.”
