As a community-based patient care center, we strive to put our patients first. We take any and all steps necessary to nurture a seamless treatment journey for our patients, regardless of their condition and treatment therapies. We further optimize patient outcomes thanks to our integrated approach, which supports clear lines of communication and working in conjunction with each patients’ respective team of healthcare professionals, ranging from PSPs to physicians, nurse practitioners, caregivers, pharmacists, and so on.
Caring for Canadians coast to coast
With over 125 clinics and 250 nurses across the country, SRx Clinics have helped improve the lives of hundreds of thousands of Canadians since opening its doors 11 years ago. Our highly trained nursing teams are part of the Omega Specialty Nurses network and consist of RNs and LPNs/RPNs who are dedicated to providing patients with the highest level of care. They are BCLS certified, in good standing with their governing body, and have the critical care experience to react swiftly and effectively in the event of an emergency. Beyond their certifications and extensive experience in the field, our nurses are caring, empathetic, communicative, and have an attention to detail that is proven to improve the patient experience and outcomes.
SRx Clinics and staff are well-equipped to administer IV infusions, IM and SC injections, including biologics and specialized therapies. Here are just a few of the diseases that we are experienced in caring for: Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, iron deficiency, osteo, allergies, atopic dermatitis, plaque psoriasis, and asthma.
With our integrated support model in mind, we are able to conveniently perform a variety of blood work draws upon request to assist with patient monitoring. Our nursing and pharmacy teams are also trained to deliver patient teaching on proper administration of IM and SC drug therapies.
We are pleased to share that our clinics have remained open during COVID-19, supporting communities nationwide in our greatest time of need.
