We have extensive knowledge and experience providing personalized care to Canadians requiring specialized support navigating complex and rare conditions. We work together with physicians and pharmacies to share key information within your circle of care to create a seamless worry-free experience for you.
Initial Contact
A dedicated nurse from our clinic will reach out to you to explain our services, provide information about your prescribed medication, and answer any questions you may have. Our nurses are highly trained and specialize in complex and rare diseases.
Services
We dispense and administer both specialty and non-specialty medications. For therapies that require self-injection, we provide injection training at various locations.
Paperwork and Health Checks​
We handle all necessary paperwork and health history checks before your visit, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Scheduling
​ Direct scheduling with a nurse for convenience and assurance. For those with busy schedules, many of our clinic locations offer evening and weekend appointments. We understand the importance of flexibility in your treatment plan.
Medication Delivery
Medication is shipped directly to the clinic and a qualified nurse administers the infusion or provides training. Our nurses collaborate with all pharmacies, including SRx and those outside the SRx network, to ensure medication is available at the time of infusion.
Appointment Day​
On the day of your appointment, you’ll be greeted and seated comfortably. A nurse will check your vital signs, explain the treatment process, and answer any questions you may have. Your comfort is important to us.
Amenities​
Enjoy a comfortable, friendly setting and amenities such as snacks and Wi-Fi to make your visit pleasant and relaxing.
Lab Testing and Pre-Medications​
If needed, we will take your blood and coordinate with the lab for testing. We also administer any required pre-medications.
Medication Administration
We administer both specialty and non-specialty medications via IV or injection, always maintaining a 2:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Your safety is our top priority.
Post-Treatment Monitoring​
After your treatment, we monitor your well-being and schedule your next appointment. A detailed report of your visit is shared with your physician.
